Shipping & Returns Policy

Thank you for shopping with Shonen Street! Below you’ll find everything you need to know about our shipping process and return/exchange policies.


Shipping Information

Shipping Locations:
We currently ship all across Pakistan. For international orders, please reach out to us directly via email.

Processing Time:
All orders are processed within 3–5 working days. Handmade items (like clay figures or custom neon signs) may take longer to prepare — we’ll notify you if there’s any delay.

Delivery Time:

  • Major cities: 2–4 business days after dispatch
  • Remote areas: 4–7 business days

Shipping Partners:
We work with trusted courier services like Leopard, TCS, and Trax.

Shipping Fees:
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location and product weight.


⚠️ Custom Neon Signs Notice

Our neon signs are custom made and vary in size, packaging, and fragility. Because of this:

  • Shipping charges may be higher than standard products
  • Customers outside of Karachi are kindly requested to contact us before placing an order so we can discuss delivery options and charges

Please Note:

  • Neon signs do not come with any warranty
  • We do not accept returns or exchanges on neon signs damaged due to voltage fluctuations or improper usage
  • If there’s an issue with the adapter, we may be able to assist you in sourcing a replacement

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email or WhatsApp. You can track your parcel directly on the courier’s website.


Incorrect Address / Missed Delivery

Please ensure your shipping address is correct. If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, you may be charged for redelivery.


Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be happy with your purchase! However, since many of our items are handmade or made-to-order, we only offer returns in the following cases:

Eligible for Return or Exchange:

  • You received a wrong item
  • The item was damaged during delivery

📩 Email us within 7 days of receiving the item at contact@shonenstreet.com with your order number and clear photos of the product.


Not Eligible for Return:

  • Minor imperfections on handmade items
  • Change of mind or personal preference
  • Items returned after the 7-day window
  • Used or damaged products not due to shipping
  • Custom neon signs (especially in cases of voltage damage or misuse)

Refunds (if applicable)

Once we’ve inspected the returned item:

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days
  • For Easypaisa/JazzCash refunds, we may request your account details

Return Shipping

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns
